This outstanding Guatemalan rum is made using first press sugar cane, and shows a delicate balance of aromas of caramel, vanilla, cacao and butterscotch. Zacapa 23 is generous and full-bodied on the palate with notes of dried fruit building to savoury oak, nutmeg, leather and tobacco. A smooth finish with a spicy touch of cinnamon and ginger.
